The fact that the Customer places an order with BELOVEDAY implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

BELOVEDAY products are only available for order on the site https://www.beloveday.com. In order to guarantee the correct delivery of the order, the Customer agrees to provide his exact contact details. Before validating his order, the Customer must verify the information entered in order to avoid possible errors.
Once the order has been validated, the Customer receives an order validation and payment notification by email.
Professionals can place an order by email at the following address: contact@beloveday.com. To benefit from preferential rates reserved for professionals, the Customer must send his KBIS extract by email with details of his order. BELOVEDAY undertakes to supply the items ordered within the limits of available stocks. If the item ordered cannot be supplied following an out of stock at one of the suppliers, BELOVEDAY will inform the Customer by email of the cancellation of his order and of its refund. No penalty can be requested by the Customer.
BELOVEDAY reserves the right to verify the identity of the buyer and to ask him to provide supporting documents such as a valid identity document and proof of address of less than three months, within 72 hours, under penalty of cancellation of the order.
In the event of a dispute with a Customer, BELOVEDAY reserves the right to cancel an order.
The BELOVEDAY company is exempt from any liability in the total or partial non-performance resulting from an act of God such as total or partial strikes, lock-out, floods, fires, attacks, acts of public authority, prefectural decree disturbing the exploitation, hostilities, war, natural disaster, health crisis and more generally any other disaster and ban.

The Customer domiciled in a country outside mainland France is required to find out for himself the possible customs charges to be expected before validating his order and its delivery method.

The delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the location of the Customer, the selected delivery method, the dimensions and the total weight of the product (s) which constitute the order.
BELOVEDAY offers delivery in mainland France for any order for an amount exceeding 90 euros of purchase.
Once the order has been validated and received by the logistics department, the order is prepared for delivery to the Customer. The Customer will be kept informed by email of the delivery times and will be able to follow the status of his order by clicking on the link received by email.
Two delivery methods are offered in mainland France by BELOVEDAY, DPD and Mondial Relay. Depending on the location of the Customer and the weight of the package, other delivery methods may be offered.
If the Customer chooses relay point delivery with Mondial Relay but the selected collection point refuses the package at the time of delivery or is closed, the package will be delivered to the nearest relay point, causing a possible additional delay. BELOVEDAY cannot be held responsible for this additional period.
Any order placed before 11am will be sent to the Customer domiciled in mainland France the same day. With DPD, the delivery time is 24 to 48 hours and with Mondial Relay, the delivery time is 48 to 72 hours. For other countries, delivery times may vary and are understood to be working days. The price list for shipments and estimated delivery times can be viewed on this link.
If a package returns to its sender because the address indicated by the Customer is incorrect or incomplete or if a package is not claimed, the delivery costs for returning the order are payable. client.

In the event that the Customer has benefited from the free delivery but by canceling or returning certain items, the amount of the order is below the minimum amount set to have the free delivery, BELOVEDAY must invoice costs of delivery that will have been offered to him before the return or the cancellation of these articles.
To return a total or partial order, the Customer is required to inform BELOVEDAY, in writing, of the return of his order by email to the address: contact@beloveday.com by indicating the order number which will have been sent to him in advance by email at the order validation and by listing the name of the article (s) concerned.
He must return the package by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following postal address:

If the customer does not send the package by registered mail, BELOVEDAY is exempt from all liability in the event of non-receipt thus resulting in non-reimbursement of the item (s).
Once the 14-day deadline has passed, any request for reimbursement will be refused.
In the event of proven non-conformity of the product or of a hidden defect, supported by evidence such as detailed photos of the product received within 48 hours of delivery, the BELOVEDAY company agrees to reimburse the return costs and to replace the defective product. a.s.a.p.
