Professionals benefit from a 30% discount on the total amount of their order(s).

To ensure that you are professional and can benefit from preferential rates, please send us your KBIS extract by email to the following address: contact@beloveday.com.

After verification of your KBIS extract, you will receive an email inviting you to place your order by email. In order to avoid any error, we thank you for specifying the name of the article and the number of pieces desired. You must also mention your delivery address and your billing address. The invoice will be sent to you by email and the order cannot be dispatched until payment has been received by BELOVEDAY. Payment can only be made by bank transfer. BELOVEDAY’s banking information will be sent to you with the invoice so that you can make the transfer. Once payment has been received, our team will prepare the order and ship it to the indicated delivery address.

For professionals, only home delivery with DPD is suggested. Unlike private clients who generally order few parts, professionals cannot benefit from delivery to a relay point and free delivery from a purchase of €90.

The order is shipped once payment is made and received. As soon as the order leaves the warehouse, it can be sent to you between 24 and 48 hours to the desired delivery address.

Returns are unfortunately not possible for professionals. We advise you to be careful when ordering. However, if you made a mistake when placing your order (error on the product, the number of pieces and the delivery information), do not hesitate to send us an email at the following address: contact@beloveday.com specifying your order number. If the order is still editable because it has not yet been prepared by our warehouse teams, we will do our best to rectify the error

Unfortunately, only private clients can benefit from the site’s sale prices and permanent offers: “-10% for more than 10 pieces purchased from the same reference” and “-10% by subscribing to our newsletter”. We hope that professionals understand that some offers cannot be intended for them insofar as they have a 30% discount on the total amount of their order(s) all year round.
