Delivery :

Delivery costs are calculated automatically according to your location and the delivery method selected.
For France, two delivery methods are available: home delivery with DPD and delivery to a relay point with Mondial Relay.
Home delivery: 24h to 48h
Delivery in relay point: 48h to 72h
Any order placed before 11am is shipped during the day.
For Europe, only home delivery is suggested and the time is between 2 and 5 working days.

Returns :

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return one or more items of the order. Once items have been received, you will be refunded within 10 working days. However, if returned products are incomplete, damaged, soiled, degraded or out of their original packaging, the refund will not be possible. Once the 14 day deadline has passed, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to obtain a refund for the item (s).
